Seeded wheat sourdough
Made over a three-day fermentation process using our heritage starter culture, this sourdough combines 30% wholemeal wheat with a generous blend of pumpkin, sunflower, and flax seeds. The extended fermentation develops complex flavours whilst the seed medley delivers nutritional depth and textural interest. A masterwork born from two decades of sourdough tradition.
