Our best-selling sourdough is made with 95% white flour, 5% whole wheat flour, water, and sea salt. All of our sourdoughs are naturally leavened over 3 days using our 20-year-old mother starter, known as Dorris.

Available weights: 750g / 1200g / 1400g
